How do I get paid?

Payouts are sent monthly via PayPal. Add your PayPal email in the app settings under Profile > Payment. Payouts are calculated based on your clips' performance scores (views, likes, comments, shares) relative to other clippers in the same fund.

When are payouts distributed?

Monthly payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's activity. You'll receive a notification in the app when your payout is sent.

How do I connect my TikTok account?

Open the app, go to Profile > Social Accounts, and tap "Connect TikTok." You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize access. We use TikTok's official OAuth flow — we never see your password.

Why was my clip rejected?

Clips can be rejected if they don't meet the creator's content guidelines, contain copyright-infringing material, or violate our community policies. Check the rejection reason in the app and feel free to re-submit an improved version.

Can I submit clips for multiple creators?

Yes! You can join as many creator programs as you're approved for and submit clips to each one. Your earnings from all programs are combined into one monthly payout.

How is the performance score calculated?

Your performance score = (views × 0.30) + (likes + comments × 2 + shares × 3 + saves × 2) × 0.70. This score determines your share of the creator's clip fund.

What happens if a payout fails?

If a payout fails (usually due to an incorrect PayPal email), we'll notify you immediately. Update your PayPal email in the app and contact support — we'll manually retry the transfer.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Note that any pending payouts will be forfeited upon deletion.
