Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Clippers application ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Clippers. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including "clippers" (content creators who submit clips) and "creators" (brands or individuals who run clip programs).

Clippers is a creator-economy platform that connects content creators ("clippers") with brands and public figures ("creators"). Clippers may submit short-form video clips on behalf of creators and earn monetary payouts based on the performance of those clips. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Clippers. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Clippers is currently available in select regions. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location.

To access most features of Clippers, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@clippers.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All clips submitted through the platform must be original content created by you or content you have the legal right to submit. You retain ownership of your content but grant Clippers a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and process your clips for the purposes of operating the platform. You must not submit content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates our Community Guidelines.

Payouts are calculated based on clip performance metrics including views, likes, comments, shares, and saves, using our proprietary performance score formula. We do not guarantee minimum earnings. Payouts are distributed monthly via PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes on earnings in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for clips found to violate our policies or for accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

You agree not to: (a) engage in fraudulent activity including artificial view inflation or engagement manipulation; (b) submit clips that contain misinformation, harassment, or hateful content; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App; (e) use automated tools to interact with the platform. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of pending earnings.

Our Privacy Policy, available at clippers.app/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using Clippers, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clippers is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clippers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of Clippers after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
